Reports to Quality Control Manager and/or Client Manager.

• Patrol and maintain access control and general security of assigned area as described in Post Orders.
• Respond to reasonable business‑related customer service requests.
• Respond to security related incidents and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Maintain and submit clear, concise, and accurate Activity Logs, Incident Reports, Accident Reports, and Maintenance Reports.
• Work under general supervision of Site Security Manager or Supervisor, Quality Control Manager, or General Manager.
• Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and visitors to the property.
• Respond to emergency calls including medical, fire and security incidents.
• Use two‑way radio to communicate with supervisor or other security officers.
• Remain alert and vigilant while on duty.
• Assist other officers in a team‑oriented environment.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Possess and maintain a valid NV PILB Work Card.
• Have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English (fluency in other languages in addition to English a plus).
• Ability to read, write, understand and execute written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Ability to walk and/or stand in one location for extended periods of time and/or complete foot patrols as required.
• Ability to respond to emergency or incidents and work cooperatively with law enforcement and emergency services personnel.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and take initiative in completing assigned tasks.

All candidates who are given a Conditional Offer of Employment at Redwood Private Security will be required to complete a comprehensive background investigation into their criminal history, driving record, education, prior employment, social media, and credit prior to starting work.
