Position OverviewDiamond Property Consulting is seeking a hunter-minded Sales Associate who thrives on building new relationships, opening doors with ownership groups and property managers, and winning renovation and make-ready contracts.
This is an individual contributor role. You will build and manage your territory (North, develop strategic target accounts, and drive new revenue across multifamily portfolios. You will sell full interior renovations, value-add repositioning projects, and recurring unit turn programs using a consultative, ROI-driven approach.
You will collaborate closely with estimating, operations, and executive leadership to shape scopes, pricing strategy, and project rollout plans, so you can focus on building pipeline and closing deals.
We operate as one team. Sales, estimating, and field operations work together to win and deliver work the right way.
Qualifications New Business Development- Identify and pursue new ownership groups, asset managers, and third‑party property management firms.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of renovation and make‑ready opportunities within your territory.
- Execute account‑based selling strategies focused on high‑value multifamily portfolios.
- Drive the full sales cycle: introduction, discovery, site walks, scope development, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce CRM and estimating software preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Reno/Tahoe region and nationwide markets as needed.
