This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, based in Reno, NV, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, guiding them through the home loan process, and recommending tailored mortgage solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound inquiries, conducting client consultations, preparing loan applications, and staying informed on lending products and market trends to assist clients efficiently.

The role also involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of mortgage and loan products, as well as experience in financial services or lending
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable loan options
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment while meeting deadlines and sales targets
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms used in the mortgage and financial services industry
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Prior experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
