Sales Productivity Analyst

Overview

The role will run and maintain our High Value Account Management team operations – maintain proper account lists, reassign accounts as team members leave, maintain the basics of the team’s  including the reports and dashboards. Need someone who understands how to simplify a front-line AM’s work thru process and data and can gain their trust to implement.

• Run and maintain High Value Account Management team operations.
• Maintain account lists and reassign accounts as team members leave.
• Maintain the basics of the team’s , including reports and dashboards.
• Simplify front-line Account Manager work through process and data, and gain trust to implement changes.
• Run key reports (initially in Excel) for daily, weekly, and monthly AM activity and present output in a consistent, easy-to-absorb format to support management communications to the SLT.

• Experience working with Account Management team operations, maintaining account lists and supporting CRM/database operational needs.
• Experience or exposure to Salesforce and working closely with a Salesforce team; strong record ownership and account ownership mindset.
• experience is advantageous; related CRM/relationship database knowledge is also acceptable.
