We are seeking two full-time Appointment Setters here in Reno! Qualified candidates will be crucial in assisting our Insurance Sales Team by ensuring that they have opportunities to educate and provide insurance solutions for American families across the country

• Make outbound calls to existing clients in our database
• Set appointments for our specialized Insurance Agents
• Work with a dedicated team to ensure timely data entry and support
• This is NOT a sales position

• Must be 18 Years of age.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge with the ability to learn.
• Must have a “Team” focused attitude.
• Must be coachable and able to take direction.
