Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, addressing client inquiries, managing leads, and driving revenue growth through strategic engagement. The role will also involve training and collaborating with team members to ensure consistent success.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and deliver exceptional support
- Proven Sales experience, with the ability to identify opportunities and meet sales targets
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to mentor and lead team members
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining team collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with home ownership and real estate industries is a plus
