• Sell general pest control services to residential customers within an assigned territorial area, which may span multiple branch service areas.
• Physically inspect residential structures to determine presence of pests and present a sales solution to prospective customers.
• Arrive at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner.
• Explain pest control services and sell repetitive annual service agreements to 70% of all estimates scheduled.
• Work with branch management to establish sales growth goals and coordinate activities to ensure these goals are achieved.
• Travel between areas or within a specified territory; isolate target areas in collaboration with branch management.
• Occasionally service accounts and perform exclusion where necessary.
• Receive and properly account for company funds collected during the course of business activities.
• Submit all paperwork and collections on a daily basis.
• Maintain company‑issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times.

• Annual earnings between $55,000 – $75,000

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold Branch II and Home Improvement Specialist licenses.
• Speak clearly and effectively in English; dress professionally; pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, ability to handle stress positively.
• Abide by safety instructions, rules, policy and procedures; use safety devices and equipment; report violations or deficiencies to supervisor.
