Part‑Time Growth Coordinator – Soccer Shots Reno

Location: Reno, NV
Schedule: 10-15 hours/week - Weekdays 9a-12p required
Compensation: $22/hour + performance-based bonuses

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program with a focus on character development. We partner with schools, parks, and community centers to provide a fun, age‑appropriate introduction to soccer for kids ages 2–8. We’re local, mission‑driven, and growing — and we’re looking for someone to help us continue that growth.

As our Growth Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in expanding Soccer Shots Reno’s impact across the region. You’ll nurture relationships with schools and community partners, build new ones, and help drive enrollment through smart, grassroots sales strategies. You’ll be a connector, a relationship‑builder, and an opportunity‑seeker.

This is a sales‑forward, community‑focused role — perfect for someone who’s confident in outreach and excited about helping a small business grow.

• Serve as the main point of contact for key preschool and school partners
• Regularly check in with site directors, teachers, and admin staff to maintain satisfaction
• Identify new school‑based partnership opportunities and pitch Soccer Shots programs

• Research and reach out to prospective schools, centers, and local partners
• Set meetings, give program overviews, and follow up to close new accounts
  
  Collaborate on growth strategies for park programs, community events, and seasonal enrollment pushes

• Help promote programs through outreach, flyers, tabling events, and school newsletters
• Coordinate with internal team on email campaigns and local marketing efforts
• Seek out community partnerships that increase brand visibility and registration

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you like people, and they like you
• Experience in sales, relationship management, or account coordination (education industry a plus)
• Self‑motivated and organized — able to work independently and follow up consistently
• Passion for youth development, sports, or education
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and basic CRM or lead tracking tools
• Reliable transportation for local outreach and meetings
