Keva Juice in Reno, NV is looking for one assistant manager to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 5020 Las Brisas Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.
The Assistant Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the overall success and efficient operation of the store, doing so by working directly with your store manager. This position requires a results-driven and experienced retail professional with exceptional leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, including team leadership, inventory control, customer service, financial performance, and compliance with company policies.

- Assist in the training and development of store team members.
- Ensure that new hires receive proper onboarding and ongoing training.
- Help create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and manage staff schedules.
- Monitor labor costs and optimize scheduling to meet labor goals.
- Make adjustments to schedules as needed to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and inviting appearance.
- Oversee cleanliness standards and delegate tasks to the team as needed.
- Lead by example and motivate the store team to achieve their best performance.
- Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Previous retail experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with company policies and guidelines (as outlined in the manager handbook).
