Job SummaryThe Retail Curbside Attendant is responsible for completing the processing of all incoming curbside orders from the online platform(s). All state compliance standards must be adhered to such as printing applicable product labels, providing order totals to customers, and providing good customer service for outbound calls to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities- Pulling inventory from the sales floor and entering products into the customer’s sales order
- Building and setting up profiles in Leaf Logix
- Updating all steps during the process of applicable software program applications
- Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, knowledge of products, and salesmanship
- Answer customer’s questions concerning price and use of merchandise during outbound customer calls
- Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales
- Comply with all cash handling policies and procedures
- Report on all issues to management
- Keeps up to date all regulations and policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, etc.
- Maintains cleanliness of all surfaces and register area
- Take pride in the appearance of the store by ensuring all areas, including restrooms, are consistently clean, safe, and guest‑ready
- Must stay current and adhere to all policies and regulations of the state cannabis agency
- Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agency
- Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
- Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers/caregivers and team members
- Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services or retail environment
- Understanding and knowledge of cannabis products
High school diploma/GED required
Experience1-3 years working in a retail setting, cannabis a plus
