As the Sales Floor Assistant
, you are accountable for driving customer service to achieve profitable sales growth by leading and engaging associates, managing company merchandise standards and execution, training and developing associates, and executing sales building programs.

• Customer Service & Sales – Model and hold the team accountable for delivering outstanding customer service. Actively listen to customer issues to resolve problems, demonstrate WORTH behaviors, and partner with teammates when additional support is needed.
• Door to Floor / Restock / RFID & Inventory – Work with the Merchandise Supervisor to plan upcoming merchandise placement plans, contribute to merchandise receipt and reverse logistics processes, assist with inventory processes (cycle counts, system uploads, stock ledger, RFID scans), and support restocking and stockroom organization.
• SET / Visual / Environment – Assist with the SET processes by planning floor moves, placing graphics, and executing visual detailing. Identify sell‑through opportunities, remerchandise the floor, maintain fitting rooms and floor recovery processes, and support visual merchandising statements. Responsible for stockroom maintenance.
• Omnichannel (SVG 2-3 only) – Assist with the  process, including online orders, aged and undelivered orders/returns, and participate in Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship from Store processes.
• General Operations – Contribute to Merchandise Transfer Out (MTO), Return to Vendor and Return to Warehouse activities, assist with Defective MTO (DMTO) processes, and participate in annual inventory processes.
• Performance Standards – Support company shrink and safety initiatives and consistently meet established performance standards for product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

• Ownership – Provide great customer service, cooperate and build positive, inclusive and respectful relationships, and take responsibility for your actions and outcomes.
