We’re looking for an outgoing, upbeat, people‑person with great organizational skills to thrive in a high‑energy environment where associates work together to drive results. Breathing the Burlington brand, you will greet and assist customers, maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations. Associates may work in any or all of the following departments:
Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time‑to‑time

Job Requires flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
