Provide friendly and efficient service to restaurant patrons to ensure a pleasurable dining experience. Responsible for prompt clearing, cleaning, and re‑setting of tables according to specifications. Assist the servers in the service of water, coffee, and beverages.

• Greet guests in a timely manner upon being seated.
• Maintain side stations and cleanliness of restaurant.
• Monitor guest needs for drink refills and condiment requests.
• Assist with clearing tables and transporting dishes in addition to cleaning and stocking work areas and tables.
• Refill beverages when ½ full.
• Clear and re‑set within 2 minutes of guest’s departure.
• Rolling silverware and other side work.
• Responsible for cleanliness of the restaurant by upholding the sanitation standards.

• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience using basic cleaning supplies (broom, dustpan, spray bottle, and towel).
• Experience using and cleaning cocktail trays, bus carts, glass and silverware racks, coffee and iced tea makers, juice dispensers, soda dispensers, soda bag‑in‑box system, sharp knives, and lemon slicer.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Repetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walking.
• Work area is subject to variable temperatures.
• May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise.

Must have the ability to provide internal/external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
