Housekeeper, Real Estate​/Property

We are seeking a highly-motivated and hard-working Housekeeper to join our team at Mountain Lakes Estates. Residents and employees are the essence of our company. • Cleans the leasing office, common-area restrooms, the model(s) units, amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the Property Manager.
• Ensures all vacant apartment units are freshened as needed to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Property Manager.
• Informs Community Manager of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and informs the Property Manager when a re-order is necessary.
