Quality Control Technician – South Reno Warehouse

Pay Rate: $ 20.35/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Adecco is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Control Technician for a growing warehouse operation in South Reno. This role is essential to maintaining product quality, compliance, and operational excellence across all warehouse functions. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience in a regulated environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for performing daily QA activities, conducting audits, ensuring cold chain compliance, and reviewing documentation for accuracy. This role supports quality assurance initiatives, inspects packaging processes, and ensures adherence to customer and regulatory standards.

• Perform daily QA activities as directed by management
• Conduct routine audits including item/lot verification, cycle counts, and line clearance
• Perform packaging inspections and ensure cold chain compliance
• Review team documents and work instructions for accuracy and clarity
• Partner with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to support quality initiatives
• Recommend methods to improve quality assurance compliance across site operations
• Safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs during inspections and warehouse tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated environment
• Knowledge of GxP standards
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments, including cold chain areas
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods

Pay Details: $20.35 per hour
