This full‑time role offers full benefits and a convenient schedule. The CNA will provide direct patient care to high‑risk patients and indirect patient care under the direction of an RN or physician. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, providing personal and emotional support, performing clinical skills under RN direction, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
Job Duties / Responsibilities- Completes bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift and ensures the patient is provided with names and contact numbers for members of the care team on the communication board.
- Meets with supervising RN at the beginning of each shift to receive delegation of tasks.
- Involves the patient and family in psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population‑specific, and diversity needs in care.
