A fast-growing behavioral health group is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join its inpatient care team in Reno, NV
. This is a full-time role with a 7 on / 7 off schedule
, offering strong compensation, flexibility, and growth in a supportive environment.

This position is open to new graduates who are passionate about psychiatric and behavioral health care.

• Provide inpatient psychiatric care in collaboration with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medication.
• Participate in patient rounding (approx. 80%) and coordinate ongoing care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, wellness, and recovery strategies.
• Document care in accordance with hospital standards and compliance requirements.

• Active PMHNP or PA-C license in Nevada.
• DEA registration preferred (required for prescribing).
• New graduates welcome
  ; 1+ year of psychiatric/mental health experience preferred.
• Strong interest in working within inpatient behavioral health.
