Sierra Medical Center is a 170‑bed acute‑care facility within Northern Nevada Health System, offering 24/7 ER care, cardiology, oncology, labor and delivery, level II NICU, surgical and orthopedic services, and more.

• Involved care includes psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population specific, and diversity needs in assessment.
• Constructs and implements a patient‑centered plan of care using nursing knowledge.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary plan implementation for assigned patients, developing goals, treatment and discharge plans.

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license.
• Current ACLS & BLS certificates.
• Preferable: one year full‑time or three years part‑time experience in an acute‑care setting.
• Handle with Care certification (or obtained within six months of employment).
