The Critical Care Fellowship Program at Renown Regional is a guided program offering nurses clinical experiences in both the intensive care and emergency specialties. This Critical Care Fellowship is designed to prepare registered nurses to work in the specialty of their choice upon completion of the program.
The Critical Care Fellowship Program is intended for the RN working outside of the intensive care or emergency departments who is interested in professional advancement into the ICU or ED setting. The purpose of this program is to gain exposure to these specialty areas while completing guided shadow shifts in the emergency department and all adult intensive care units. The RN will be required to maintain their position on their home unit during the Fellowship Program and, upon completion, will be able to apply to the specialty of their choice.
EligibilityCriteria
After completion of Fellowship Program, the RN will have the opportunity to apply to any open RN positions in the adult ICUs and ED.
Actual salary offered may vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, an individual's location and their knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal equity.
