Job Duties / Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and evaluate outcomes.
- Consult with specialists as required and adjust nursing care processes.
- Perform a head‑to‑toe assessment on all patients, including pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general populations.
- Use triage process to ensure timely care and accurately assign triage categories.
- Assess and reassess pain, utilize pain management techniques, and educate patients and families.
- Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
- Participate in performance improvement and CQI activities.
- Float to all units as needed.

Qualifications- Current Nevada nursing license.
- ACLS & BLS certificate.
- PALS certificate (within six months).
- At least two years of recent critical care or emergency department experience.
