This full‑time float pool RN offers a flexible schedule, full benefits, and opportunities to provide direct and indirect patient care across all units.

• Provide direct patient care and evaluate outcomes.
• Consult with specialists as required and adjust nursing care processes.
• Perform a head‑to‑toe assessment on all patients, including pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general populations.
• Use triage process to ensure timely care and accurately assign triage categories.
• Assess and reassess pain, utilize pain management techniques, and educate patients and families.
• Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
• Participate in performance improvement and CQI activities.
• Float to all units as needed.

• Current Nevada nursing license.
• ACLS & BLS certificate.
• PALS certificate (within six months).
• At least two years of recent critical care or emergency department experience.
