HOUSE SUPERVISOR (RN), Full Time Nights - Sparks
Northern Nevada Health System is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a House Supervisor on a full‑time night shift schedule in Sparks.
LocationReno, NV (Sparks)
ScheduleFull time – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday night shift schedule.
Salary$45.67 to $68.50 per hour.
Responsibilities- Visit all patient care units to ascertain patient condition, evaluate staffing needs, and provide support to caregivers.
- Administer effective distribution and utilization of personnel employed during the shift; maintain staffing within guidelines and justify deviations to nursing director, CNO, and VP of Clinical Services.
- Keep chief nurse executive, representative, or Administrator informed regarding circumstances or situations that may have serious impact.
- Inform personnel on the ensuing shift regarding patient conditions, required follow‑up actions, and any special conditions.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school and hold current licensure in the state of Nevada as a registered professional nurse.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
- 10 years of experience as a staff nurse and manager.
- Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.
