This OR RN Robotics Program Coordinator opportunity is full time, offers full benefits and a convenient schedule. We are looking for a dynamic individual who functions as the point person and educator for the Robotics Program at the facility. Provides support to the Department, Staff and physicians for the Robotics Program in the Operating Room. Assists in managing the robotic surgery schedule, with orders and inventory, maintains protocols related to robotic surgery, reports quality data to the Robotics Steering Committee, maintains a strong clinical presence, oversees and advises the surgical robotic staff, participates in the evaluation and competency process, assists in marketing and recruitment of physicians, provides direct patient care to infant through geriatric patient populations, addresses psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment, communicates with surgeon and anesthesiologist continuously, assists with the maintenance of surgical equipment, participates in performance improvement activities, assesses operating room for equipment functioning and readiness, obtains supplies, ensures all appropriate needs of the surgical operating team are met, and monitors, positions and assists patient during procedure.

• Develops and maintains a Clinical Pathway for individual robotic surgery surgical teams.
• Monitors and maintains the proper functioning of all robotic equipment.
• Manages robotic surgery schedule.
• Demonstrates understanding of the principles of growth and development of the life span and the ability to assess, interpret and to provide care in a safe environment based on population specific needs.
