• 24/7 in-house NNP coverage, ensuring collaborative, continuous care
• Work closely with Neonatologists who champion NNP autonomy

You’ll be a hands‑on, integral provider, responsible for:

• Daily rounds and ongoing NICU patient management
• Attending deliveries and providing immediate stabilization
• Performing core NICU procedures, including:

• Intubation
• UAC/UVC placement
• Chest tube or pigtail insertion
• Lumbar puncture
