Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry/Medical Surgical night shift position requiring NV RN licensure and BLS/ACLS certification.
Responsibilities- Position is in a telemetry/medical surgical unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30 with 12-hour shifts
- 26-week assignment with weekend availability required
- Floating to other units as needed is required
- Must meet minimum compliance requirements before start, with full compliance completed within two weeks
- Drug screening and background check required after shift start
- Availability to work the full schedule through end of January and first week of February is highly preferred
- Both local and travel candidates are accepted at the same rate
- Weekend shifts are required
- Active NV RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in telemetry or medical surgical nursing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Compliance with MMR and Varicella vaccination or appropriate attestation/declination
- Negative TB test required
