Job Details Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors daily raw material usage across production lines and compare against production output.
- Track and report variances between planned and actual material consumption.
- Conduct regular audits of raw material use, storage, and losses.
- Identify trends in material overuse or loss and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate consumption data in SAP.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on raw material usage and efficient metrics.
All other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Skills- Understanding of production processes and material flow.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, results driven and self-motivated.
- Dependability, accountability, and responsiveness are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP.
- High School degree or equivalent required, associate or degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
