Job Summary
The Test Stand Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling Portable Test Units and supporting the fabrication and assembly of Custom Test Stands as required. This role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment. Candidates with experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or plumbing-related fields are preferred.

Work Environment, Schedule & Safety Requirements
This position is performed primarily in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. The work environment may include exposure to loud noise levels, moving mechanical parts, and active forklift and material-handling equipment. Employees may be required to work in proximity to other production activities and heavy equipment. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required, including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe footwear, hearing protection, gloves, and other job-specific safety gear.
The standard work schedule for this position is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required based on production schedules, project deadlines, and business needs. Flexibility to work extended hours, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends, is expected as necessary.
This position is considered safety-sensitive due to the operation of tools, machinery, and material-handling equipment. The Company maintains a drug-free workplace in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment and/or random drug and alcohol testing, as permitted by law. Employees are required to comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
