• Community Manager is accountable for property operations.
• Supervise and coordinate staff, activities and resources to accomplish property objectives.
• Manage portfolio; maximize occupancy levels and property values.

• Minimum of two (2) years of on‑site property management experience, with Tax Credit knowledge.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of YARDI Voyager.

• Management of on‑site staff and resources.
• Successful track record of meeting property goals.
• Low Income Housing Tax Credit experience.
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Applicants hired for a Senior Community must present a Nevada Work Permit/Sherriff's Card. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Salary: $33–$34 per hour (based on experience)
