The Logistics & Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow and reliable delivery of components and finished goods. This role manages daily warehouse activities, optimizes transportation and distribution processes, and maintains accurate inventory levels to support production and customer demand. The manager leads a high‑performing team, implements systems and process improvements, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, and partners closely with cross‑functional teams to support operational scalability and business growth.

• Develop and execute the warehouse and logistics strategy to ensure efficient receiving, storage, material handling, and distribution operations that support Ameresand’s production and customer delivery goals.
• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, cycle counting, shipping/receiving workflows, and materials movement across internal facilities. Establish clear processes and standards that drive accuracy, safety, and productivity.
• Lead and mentor the warehouse and logistics team, ensuring staffing, training, performance management, and development plans to support operational demands and company growth.
• Optimize logistics and transportation performance by coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to reduce total landed costs, improve delivery reliability, and ensure on‑time shipments. Continuously review freight spend, routing, and service‑level performance.
