Perform all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical maintenance throughout property.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
* Implements routine maintenance and urgent repair in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations
* Closely monitors the effects of servicing and maintenance on their condition wherever possible
* Keeps all records of maintenance and testing
* Performs preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment
* Lamp replacement
* Fixture repair and replacement
* Circuit breaker reset
* Changes AC filters
* Basic plumbing repairs
* Hotel Guest room repairs
* Responds to Maximo WO's
* Keeps daily logs
* Supports events

* Perform other job-related duties as assigned
