The Lodge/ Janitorial Attendant is responsible for general maintenance and cleaning of the main lodges e including restrooms, lobbies, offices, and locker rooms. The Attendant will also remove snow from critical areas as necessary.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Must be personable and approachable. No previous experience is required.
• Able to communicate effectively with managers and supervisors
• Must be able to physically perform all janitorial duties including, but not limited to: lifting and carrying cleaning supplies, pushing mops, brooms, and vacuum cleaners, shoveling snow etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and maintain all areas of the resort lodge.
• Give cleaning/maintenance priority to Customer Contact Zones - restrooms and lobby areas.
• Clean and restock restroom supplies as needed during the day.
• Clean and vacuum administration offices, department offices, employee locker rooms, and clean storage areas.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.
• End of day restroom and lobby clean up. Perform weekly cleaning duties as outlined on maintenance schedule.
• Communicate with management staff regarding needed building repairs, supplies, or safety concerns.
