Family Law Attorney role at a mid-sized family law firm expanding their practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of Family Law experience and be licensed to practice law in Washington.
Responsibilities- Provide legal services in family law matters, including the preparation and negotiation of agreements and litigation support as needed.
- Manage cases involving divorces, alimony/spousal support, child support and/or child custody, domestic violence, and real estate/property division.
- 3+ years of experience practicing Family Law
- Licensed to practice law in Washington
- Experience with finalizing divorces, alimony/spousal support, child support and/or child custody, domestic violence, and real estate (property division) is a MUST
- Hybrid/Remote options
- 1500 billable hours

Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 per year
