HOURLY RATE: $14.00JOB SUMMARY
Welcomes guests, seat them at tables or lounge and help to ensure quality of ability and service.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARYCommitment to delivering excellent customer service
Greet guests in a timely manner
Provide guests with menus
Assign guests to tables
Ensure that dining and serving areas are clean and properly set-up
Receive and record guest reservations
Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service

Perform other job-related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL NEED- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Repetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs.
- Frequent walking
- Work area is subject to variable temperatures
- May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTSMust have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
