Tubing Park Guest Service Attendant

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi‑task and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and perform snow removal as needed.

• INTERNAL:
  All department managers and employees
• EXTERNAL:
  Resort guests

• Ability to stand for long periods and meet physical demands of repetitive work.
• Ability to work under varying weather conditions.
• Ability to provide accurate information and maintain a positive attitude during stressful situations.
• Ability to speak clearly and communicate thoroughly with customers and co‑workers.
• Test lanes for quality control.
• Maintain tubing lanes and guest areas.
• Follow established protocols.
• Operate in a safe and efficient manner.
• Promote positive guest relations.

• Provide excellent customer service.
• The set up and control of a lift line maze access, including ticket verification.
• Snow removal.
• The preparation and upkeep of the load and unload zones.
• Trash removal, set up and tear down of tubing park fences and signs.
• Other duties as assigned.
