ObjectiveWC Health is looking for In Person Psychotherapists to join our team! We are a fast-growing Behavioral Health and Medical Clinic offering therapy, psychiatry, medical, case management and placement services. Psychotherapists at WC Health provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment of individuals and groups with mental health, substance use and emotional/behavioral issues. We are currently hiring for full-time and contract positions (minimum of 15 hour commitment required for contractors).
EssentialFunctions
- Conduct psychosocial intake assessments, crisis/risk assessments and interventions with clients.
- Conduct treatment planning, care coordination and discharge planning with clients.
- Conduct individual and group therapy with clients.
- Participate in Intervention Treatment Team meetings, Interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings and staff meetings.
- Interact and communicate effectively with therapists, case managers, psychiatrists, medical staff and administrative staff in order to provide effective and compassionate client care.
Skills and Abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ethical Conduct.
- Proficient computer/technology skills.
- Problem Solving/Analysis.
- Knowledge of basic medical and psychiatric terminology.
Full Time and Contract
Education and ExperienceMaster's Degree. Licensed in the State of Nevada for: LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or CPC-Intern, CSW-Intern, MFT-Intern.
