Be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of clients by providing non-medical support and supervision;
Supervise clients to prevent falls, wandering, or any unsafe behavior that could result in injury;
Observe clients physical and mental condition, monitor for any changes, and immediately report concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider;
Offer companionship and engage in conversation to provide comfort and support;
Assist clients with walking, transferring, and using assistive devices such as walkers or wheelchairs.
