Registered Dietitian

Are you a Registered Dietitian ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a passionate, driven RD to join the Evergreen Healthcare Group team — serving three skilled nursing facilities in Carson City, Nevada.

This is a PRN (as-needed) position, offering flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact across multiple facilities.

In this regional role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead impactful nutrition programs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and shape resident care through your clinical expertise.

You’ll play a key role in improving residents’ quality of life through personalized nutrition care, team collaboration, and innovative programs that make a meaningful difference every day.

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and medical staff to optimize outcomes
• Oversee menu planning and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to dietary staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and policy development

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
• Completion of a Dietetic Internship or equivalent
• Active Registered Dietitian credential and state licensure
• Experience in long‑term care or clinical settings preferred
• Must reside within commuting distance of Carson City, Nevada
