Salary & Incentives- Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Our Reno clinic is part of Performance Physical Therapy
, specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine
. We work with patients of all ages to restore function, mobility, and strength following injury or surgery. Clinicians here benefit from a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment with access to continuing education and growth pathways.
- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Assist with and progress evidence-based therapeutic exercise programs
- Provide hands-on care and patient education to support recovery and injury prevention
- Accurately document patient care in EMR systems
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Nevada PTA license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
