• Provide personalized care to clients according to their individual care plans.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range‑of‑motion exercises to promote physical well‑being.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Document care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each client.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation).
