• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, counseling, and referrals for patients and families facing hospitalization, illness, disability or trauma.
• Offer case management, milieu management, complete psychosocial assessments, assist in developing and re‑evaluating treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and records for each client during their stay.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the State of Nevada.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• One year hospital or outpatient experience, preferably in mental health care.
• Experience working with a diverse population, including issues related to death and dying, maternal and child care, substance abuse, disability, chronic illness, and oncology.
