Position Overview:

We're looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Nevada team and make a positive impact on patients' lives. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing individuals' independence and overall well-being in the familiar surroundings of their homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care to clients in accordance with their individual care plans

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises to promote physical well-being

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, considering dietary restrictions and preferences

Document care provided and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor

Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each client

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Current CNA License

CPR Certification

Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills

Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility

Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team

Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation)
