• Provide personalized care to clients in accordance with their individual care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises to promote physical well‑being.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, and other outings as needed.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each client.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation).
