Job DescriptionAdvanced Imaging uses equipment to visualize internal structures, blood flow, and obtain measurements. The American College of Radiology (ACR) and Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) are the guiding bodies used in Imaging. In radiology settings, ACR is followed; in the cardiovascular ultrasound setting, IAC is followed.
Education, Experience, Training- Proof of completion of an AAS or equivalent program required.
- Graduation from an accredited program with clinical experience required.
- Registered and/or certified by ARDMS, ARRT, CCI, ARMRIT, CNMT, MQSA credential required.
- License required if required by state.
- Current and valid BLS (AHA) certification required.
- Previous experience in performing imaging on patients of all ages, especially hospital-based experience preferred.
