Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital, a 124‑bed facility located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada near Lake Tahoe, offers a Monday–Friday 8 am–4 pm position that seeks experienced clinicians to guide adult patients through recovery.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating curricula for evidence‑based therapist groups.
• Leading alumni group sessions at 5 p.m. on Wednesdays.
• Providing psycho‑therapeutic services to patients and families, serving as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluating patient data, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Completing progress notes, discharge plans, and weekly treatment plan reviews in a timely manner.
• Documenting treatment in the medical record according to case‑management guidelines.
• Completing all legally mandated abuse reports and notifying the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Licensed Intern status (minimum).
• At least one year of previous experience as a therapist (preferred).
• Experience leading groups.
