• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Nevada (required).
• Minimum 1 year of home health physical therapy experience (preferred).
• Strong clinical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
