We are now accepting applications for a 40-hour Travelling Teller Supervisor (Client Service Associate Lead) Service Staff who will travel to various branches within a specified region surrounding a hub branch. The hub branch for this position is West Liberty Branch
.
- Leads the daily activities of client service associates.
- Coaches and counsels branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.
- Helps develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
- Ensures the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
- Maintains advanced knowledge of branch operations.
- May supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team.
- Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.
- May be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, other related experience, or successful completion of company approved training.
- Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
- Working knowledge of math.
- Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Driving is an essential function on this role and as such, employee must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the hours listed above.

Pay range (depending on experience): $22.05 - $23.10/hour
