We are looking for leadership‑oriented managers hoping to advance their career toward becoming partners in our general office. This program starts as a financial professional working hand‑in‑hand with clients to build experience. After meeting all requirements you transition into management as an associate partner.
Training, Support, and Professional DevelopmentNew York Life offers a comprehensive three‑year training program, marketing support, prospecting and technical assistance, and the opportunity to work with highly successful, established agents and managers.

Responsibilities- Gain hands‑on experience as a financial professional helping clients develop a long‑term strategy to achieve their financial goals.
- Hone your skills and facilitate success as a manager by participating in our intensive, six‑month Associate Partner Training Program.
- Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner.
- Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner.
- Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds when presenting clients with solutions.
- Working knowledge of cultural markets is helpful.
- Required knowledge and experience working in the insurance or financial services field.
- Spanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency is beneficial.
- Highly motivated and goal‑oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation.
- Some sales experience needed.
Compensation: $100,000 per year
