This is a full-time, on-site position located in Reno, NV, for the role of Guest Service Representative. The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting guests with their inquiries, and handling transactions. They will ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues and maintaining a welcoming, professional presence throughout the casino, dining, and entertainment spaces. The role also involves supporting promotions, assisting with events, and addressing guest needs to create a memorable experience.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to engage with guests professionally.
• Proficiency in handling transactions, cash handling, and utilizing point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, problem-solve, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices; previous experience in a casino, retail, or hospitality environment is advantageous.
• Teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to contributing to a positive team environment.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required in a casino and hospitality setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
