Overview
As a Bowling Attendant, you’ll ensure all equipment—bowling balls, shoes, lanes, pinsetters, and furniture—is functioning properly. You'll operate the Pulse Automated Scoring System, manage game start/close processes, and handle guest transactions through a point-of-sale system. Additional duties include cleaning shoes and the counter, sweeping floors, answering phones, and assisting with guest needs. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, punctuality, and strong teamwork.
You must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. Shifts and hours are based on business needs and may differ from friends’. Be ready to assist in other departments and adapt to busy or slower days.
