Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a Guest Services Representative/Cage Cashier—Graveyard Shift for the All-New J Resort. The J Resort is a full-service hotel-casino with over 500 rooms and a wide variety of Slots and Table Games. Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain a cash bank
  • Maintain and complete all required paperwork
  • Cooperate with the Lead Guest Services Representative and Guest Services
  • Perform customer service in a pleasant and acceptable manner
  • Routinely cash checks
  • Follow all guidelines and procedures as established by management


Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Ability to read
  • Must possess basic computer skills and ability to use 10-key
  • Previous cash handling experience is preferred
  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
