Responsibilities- Work with vendors, subcontractors, and Engineering to achieve timely submittal approval.
- Coordinate RFIs to resolution with the assistance of the Engineering team.
- Expedite equipment to ensure on time delivery.
- Coordinate and maintain the schedule associated with responsible scope.
- Manage and maintain as‑built drawings and documentation.
- Assist with monthly cost projections for subcontractors and vendors.
- Support project plan implementation for quality, change management, and safety.
- Create and distribute meeting agendas; attend meetings, take notes, and publish action item lists.
- At least 3 years of Project Engineering experience within water/wastewater.
- Bachelor of Science in an applicable field.
- Construction project internships/experience.
- Working knowledge of construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building, and client relationship building.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
